• Manage a steady stream of calls from residential and commercial customers.

• Navigate complex queries regarding collection schedules, service disruptions, and new waste regulations.

• Utilise CRM systems and GPS tracking to provide real-time updates to customers and drivers.

• Act as the critical link between the community and essential environmental services.

About You:
